Potsticker by the Dozen

Lee's Dim Sum

Potsticker is made with pork, ginger and cabbage. Each order consists of 1 dozen pieces.

Cooking Instructions: Boil water on high heat, then put in potstickers and cover. Once all potstickers are floating, drain, then pan fry until golden brown. (Boiling may take 12-15 minutes but it may vary so it is more important to pay attention to when all are floating than a set time.)
